This once rich mining country in the northern reaches of the Baronies has languished in the last fifty years since the mines petered out, but Lord Maskon, the new baron, is trying to restore it to it's former strength, trying to tap into it's vast timber resources while cultivating the service trade along the Silver Road that runs through the barony and it's capital, Silverton.
